I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, kind, and always there to help answer questions. The cleaning crew did an amazing job keeping the rooms clean and fresh. The breakfast provided by the chefs was delicious and healthy. I also had a great experience with the maintenance crew. The hotel is located in a convenient location, with easy access to Niagara Falls. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the river. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was a nice touch. The staff at the bar and reception were friendly and made great drinks. this hotel felt like a home away from home.
